I recently bought this armchair from furnituremaker.in A product that should have been delivered in 3 weeks took 6.
We had also selected a cushioned seat for the chair which looked cheap and horribly stitched.
It was not even 10 days when the leg of the chair broke! A wooden product that too. We conveyed the breakage and they sent a useless carpenter who couldn't fix it. Repeated followups were unsuccessful and I had to get it fixed myself. They promised a reimbursement which is yet to come.
